Subscriptions
NexaUno is offered as a recurring subscription billed in advance for each period (for example, monthly). You can use the Service for the period you have paid for.
Cancelling your subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at rodrigo@nexa.uno or through any cancellation option provided in your account. When you cancel:
- your subscription will remain active until the end of the current paid period;
- it will not renew for the following period; and
- you will not be charged again unless you re-subscribe.
We do not charge cancellation fees.
Refunds
Because subscriptions are billed for a defined period and the Service is available to you throughout that period, fees already paid for the current period are generally non-refundable, except:
- where required by applicable law, including mandatory consumer protection rights;
- where the Service was materially unavailable due to our fault for a significant part of the period; or
- where we agree to a refund at our discretion.
If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact us at rodrigo@nexa.uno and we will review your request in good faith and without undue delay.
Right of withdrawal (consumers)
If you are a consumer in the EU, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of entering into the contract. Where you expressly request that the Service begins during this period, you acknowledge that you may lose the right of withdrawal once the Service has been fully performed, or you may owe an amount proportionate to the use made before withdrawal, in accordance with applicable law.
Failed payments
If a subscription payment fails, we may retry the charge and, if it continues to fail, suspend or cancel the subscription. We will let you know before suspending the Service where reasonably possible.
