The NexaUno website and services are provided by Rodrigo Reyes (autónomo), NIF Z1837378M, Av. Lazarejo 86, 28232 Las Rozas de Madrid, Madrid, Spain (“NexaUno”, “we”, “us”). You can contact us at rodrigo@nexa.uno.

2. Scope

These Terms govern access to and use of the NexaUno website and any software-as-a-service (SaaS) products we provide, including payment reconciliation and integration services (the “Service”). By using the website or subscribing to the Service, you accept these Terms.

3. The Service

NexaUno provides software that retrieves data from payment processors (such as Stripe and Mollie) and e-commerce platforms (such as Magento and WooCommerce) that you connect, and reconciles and reports on that data. NexaUno is an independent provider and is not affiliated with or endorsed by those companies.

The Service is provided on a subscription basis. Features, limits and prices are described on our Pricing page and may be agreed individually with early customers.

4. Accounts and connected services

To use the Service you may need to connect third-party accounts using API credentials. You are responsible for:

You authorise NexaUno to access the connected services solely to provide the Service.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service unlawfully, to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it, to reverse engineer it except where permitted by law, or to use it in a way that infringes the rights of third parties.

6. Fees and payment

Subscription fees are stated in euros (EUR) and, unless otherwise indicated, exclude VAT (IVA). Fees are billed in advance for each subscription period. NexaUno issues invoices in accordance with Spanish law. Late or failed payment may result in suspension of the Service.

7. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel your subscription as described in our Refunds & Cancellations Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Service availability

We work to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may carry out maintenance and may modify or discontinue features, giving reasonable notice of material changes where practical.

9. Data protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Where we process data on your behalf as a processor, we will do so only on your documented instructions and in accordance with the GDPR; a separate data processing agreement may be entered into where required.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexaUno is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability arising from our wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or statutory consumer rights. NexaUno’s reconciliation outputs are provided to assist you and do not constitute accounting, tax or legal advice; you remain responsible for your own books and filings.

11. Term and termination

These Terms apply while you use the website or Service. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time, subject to the cancellation policy.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this website, with the revision date shown above. Material changes affecting active subscriptions will be communicated to customers.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes will be subject to the competent courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that grant you the ability to bring proceedings in your place of residence.
